How long does it take for my profile to be approved?

As regulated entities, it is necessary to conduct due diligence by thoroughly reviewing all requested supporting documents for FICA compliance. Approval is anticipated within one day provided that all supporting documents and mandates are duly signed.

What is the min Investment amount to get started?

Each portfolio has its min required investment amount (please view the portfolio page for more info). As an investor, you can always invest more funds into your portfolio.

Can I make monthly withdrawals?

Profits can be withdrawn monthly if agreed in terms of the discretionary mandate and if instructed by the Client.

Do you charge monthly administration and management fees?

There are no monthly administration or management fees. Our model operates on a 100% net profit basis once we surpass the monthly benchmark per portfolio. This setup ensures that your interests as an investor are prioritized: if we generate a lower return, you receive the full return while we forgo any profits. For instance, assuming the Capital plus the monthly benchmark is 1.67%, if we attain a 2% return in month 1, you receive 1.67% and we receive 0.33%. In month 2, if we achieve a 1% return, you, as the investor, will receive the full 1% return and we receive nothing. Moving forward to month 3, we aim to achieve 1.67% plus the outstanding 0.67% return from month 2, totalling 2.34%. Any returns exceeding 2.34% are retained by us as profit.

Are there any additional fees?

All Portfolios have a fixed investment term of 12 months. Withdrawals of initial deposit before the 12-month period lapses will result in a 10% admin fee calculated on the withdrawal amount. Capital withdrawal before the fixed term has ended requires a 30 day notice and will incur the penalty fee as outlined above. The fixed term then rolls to the next 12 month period.

What is capped return?

Cap return refers to maximum return you will receive on the selected portfolio per year.

Can I cancel my Portfolio at any time?

Yes, you can. Capital withdrawn before the fixed term has ended requires a 30 day notice and will incur the penalty fee

How long does it take to receive my monthly withdrawals?

Withdrawals of profits may take up to 5 working days to reflect in the Client’s
nominated bank account.

Which base currency do you accept for Portfolio funding?

ZAR, USD and EUR. We are in the process to incorporate additional base currencies to accommodate clients in multiple countries.

When is the best time to fund my portfolio?

Investment deposits received during the month will be allocated on the 1st of the
following month. Therefore, the best time fund your portfolio will be before the 28th of each month.

Can I change my portfolio to a different portfolio?

Yes you can if your portfolio balance meet the min requirements.

Is there a lock in period for my investment?

All Portfolios have a fixed investment term of 12 months.

What happens at the end of my investment term?

The portfolio management will reactive the fix term for the next 12 months. If you choose to end the fix term, you need to give a 30-day notice on month 11 to terminate.
